About us
The Humanitarian Law Center supports post-Yugoslav societies in the promotion of the rule of law and acceptance of the legacy of mass human rights violations, and therefore in establishing the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators, serving justice for victims, establishing culture of remembrance and preventing recurrence. Humanitarian Law Center Kosovo is contributing to the Kosovo’s ability to establish the rule of law, face the past and restore the dignity of victims.
